He has over 15+ years of professional experience in the construction. industry and diverse experience in project management work. Experienced with various projects like Towers, Commercial buildings, Hospitals, Power-plant, Industrial buildings, Freeways, Roads and Bridges, etc. in various parts of the world (i.e. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and various parts of India). Extensive work experience of planning, contract management and execution. Cross function experience with different teams in finance, accounts, purchase and PMV. He has proven ability to react fluidly at changing priorities. Efficient in adopting the new environment smoothly through. excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. He is a firm believer of having a positive attitude towards the target goal. A person who believes that “SUCCESS HAS NO OTHER OPTION EXCEPT HARD WORK AND SMART WORK”

Graduated in Civil Engineering from country’s renowned Engineering. Institute -Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India (formerly called Visvesvaraya Regional Engineering College). He further completed his Post Graduation Programme in Advanced Construction Management from one of the leading educational Institute –National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune, India. Recently, he has been awarded GEM Certified Professional as green building Consultant by ASSOCHAM-GEM. Atul Nandankar has experience working on many Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Institutional and Interior projects over ten years of practice in India at various levels of responsibilities (i.e. from Engineer to Project Manager). Leadership and Positive thinking are the two important zings in his personality. His areas of interest are Project Development Advice, Design Management and Project Management.
